Stocked finishes include: Antique Pewter (AP) & Antique Gold (AG)
Antique Pewter (AP) is raw pewter which is tubbed and antiqued, not plated

Minimum opening order: $200
Minimum re-order: $100

Items in stock will be shipped within a week
Allow Longer for special finishes and items not in stock.
Allow up to 2 weeks for backorders
Orders and back orders under minimum may be closed out anytime
RUSH ORDERS will be shipped by the next business day with $7 service charge
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Allow 2 - 3 weeks to ship (we ship complete for international orders)

Most items follow this pricing structure:

Base Price25 pieces - 99 pieces
First Price Break100 pieces - 199 pieces
Low Price 200 pieces & Up
25 piece minimum (per item per color) stock finishes only (AP & AG)
50 piece minimum for Hand-Painted and Stoned items

Non-stocked finishes require higher minimums (see: important pricing information)

All First orders: Credit Card or Proforma
All Major Credit Cards accepted.
International orders: Bank Transfer only for orders over $1000.
Net 30 Terms available pending credit approval. (Allow 2 - 3 weeks after submitting application)
For any bounced checks, a $25 charge will be issued
Interest of 1% will be charged on past due accounts.
5 % Surcharge will be applied to special finishes (LAS, MG, MS, SG and SS)
$10 Surcharge will be applied to orders under minimum

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS.
Freight, Insurance and Handling charges will be added.
Customer must pay for shipping of back orders.
UPS cannot ship to a PO Box
Shipping methods include: UPS Ground, 3-day, 2nd day and Next Day
If shipping method is not specified on order, we will ship UPS Ground
UPS 3-Day Service to the West coast recommended (or allow 6 business days for UPS Ground to West Coast)
Tracking number your shipment will be emailed on the day of shipping.(Pending email on file)
International ordersMost orders will be shipped via DHL


A $5 service charge will be added for deliveries including priority mail packages which need to be dropped off at the post office in order to insure and track.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and requires a return authorization
This Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be clearly marked on package.
Full credit will be given on returns due to our error
Other Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns of items that have been altered in anyway. This includes, but is not limited to: bending, hammering, engraving and gluing.
A copy of your invoice must accompany your return for credit to be applied.

Orders on stocked finishes can be cancelled within 24 hours
Orders on Non-Stocked finishes, special finishes or Custom items cannot be cancelled
